service and aftersales. The Imes EPM-XP is also avaible with a contract for
an one year technical support and monitoring.
Recently, we launched our new service RDA Shiptech Remote Support™. We offer this in combination with the purchase of an IMES or The Doctor. This service is the result of the joining of forces of the analysts from RDA Shipsupport and the instruments of RDA Shiptech. The main goal of this conjunction is to realize the most efficient monitor- and advice service for diesel engines.
RDA Shiptech Remote Support™ holds that you perform measurements with the IMES or The Doctor yourself, and send us the data you gathered. We will then set up a rapport for you, every time you send us a dataset. Usually this happens every month. For the most important parameters, like pressures, temperatures and performance, we also determine the trend. In this way you have good insight in the condition and development of your diesel engine, and damage or wear will be discovered earlier. If necessary, we can also provide you with advice about how your diesel engine should be tuned to be fully optimized.
